Personal Introduction
I first laid my eyes on the Tarot at the tender age of four when I came across my mothers deck lying on the floor. The vibrant images of The Star, The Fool, The Magician, The High Priestess captivated my soul, there was no escaping it, but I didn’t want to...I remember that first meeting like it was yesterday....I fell in love.... It was the start of a beautiful relationship.....
Not an easy relationship, but never the less, one that stood the test of time...
One that showed up my shadow side time and time again....

One that brought vibrant magic into my life,
One that tested my mental strength,
One that was there whenever I needed it,
One that taught me about independence and co-dependence,
One that taught me about the power of the unconscious,
One that taught me the importance of respect and balance,
One that told me the truth and tested my ability to accept it,
One that taught me that if we look to external factors for answers we will remain empty, if we look at external factors as mirrors for ourselves we will become empowered.....

Like any relationship that stands the test of time, my understanding of the Tarot has grown immensely through the years of learning by trial and error. The hard way! I turned to the Tarot through the dark years of my adolescence, when I felt so misunderstood by every being, I became co dependent on the Tarot, searching for all these answers but all I got reflected back was my own dark state, I would ignore what was being reflected back and read again and again and again, discarding anything I didn’t want to face and looking the tiniest hope to cling to, this is called “giving your power away to the Tarot”, and is the most common pitfall, the Tarot has great ability to aid your empowerment, if you are ready to take responsibility and face what is not necessarily easy, this culminated in reading for myself when I was pregnant and seeing that I may loose my child.... Once again I dismissed it as “crap”, and abandoned the Tarot for three years....

After my daughter and the grief of losing her passed, I went back to the Tarot with avengence, I guess I felt if I had seen I was going to loose my child in advance and then lost her and lived through it, then anything the Tarot revealed to me I could finally face up to...But what about reading for others? Their understanding wouldn’t be the same.... Well, and this is the secret....You have to see the beauty in everything, you have to understand there is no such thing as “bad” and “good” cards, obviously you wouldn’t tell them anything that may distress them, instead you would communicate the energies around, help them to see the beauty of the whole tapestry, you have to believe that everything that happens to you benefits you, the only question is how...If you don’t, your poor client hasn’t got a hope in hell....... Wow! What learning curves!

I undertook a diploma in Tarot and set up my own practice in a very testing location in a deprived part of inner London, next door was a drug and alcohol rehab and two minutes away was a mental institution... Knowing through my own personal experience about the strength of attraction Tarot has during a dark night of the soul and how it can be more of a hindrance than a help when people are looking outside of themselves for answers, I knew I had been placed in at the deep end. Never the less, I knew I was exactly where I was supposed to be... and I had a code of conduct to refer to, my three golden rules, these ensured successful outcomes...

Empowerment, not dependency
Positivity, not negativity
Healing, not prediction

My love for the Tarot is passionate, my mother always said that deck was there for me as she could never “get on with it”, even my name means “Epiphany”, I was born to read the Tarot...... But my passion went deeper still.... Time and time again I was being shown what an incredible healer the Tarot could be if understood properly, and I felt so passionate about what a misunderstood art it was that I began to teach my own course designed to foster true understanding of the Tarot.....
